Todays ribs were my best ever. Standard 3-2-1 but I went on a recommendation to add jalapeno jelly to them just before foiling. The pitmasters blend combined with my rub and the jelly really tasted awesome! I ran short of jelly for all slabs but it sure was good on the first one!!!
Hadn't seen this one reviewed, picked up on ebay for 27 bucks. I have only used it twice so far, but as you can see from the pic it appears to be within a few degrees of the ET732. Can't beat it as a backup for the price.
Indeed I will. I am trying to figure out a way to hack the et-732 first, I did determine it is on 433 MHz . I really would like the 3 temp unit though... I may pull the trigger.....
Please explain. Three data loggers a tru-temp and a fluke thermo? couldn't it be done with 2 data loggers and an ET-732? What did those loggers cost if you don't mind me asking?
