smoke them at home and then just grill them there ......i have done that a cupple times and if you can keep the rips together (not haveing them brake in to pices _ it works pretty good ......but then you dont get good smoke all day long
well here is my fast smoke for tonight my last cupple have gone at least 15 hours so i needed something fast here so im doing some abs and salmon .......they have been going for 45 minnets
and i did not find a good thing to hold chips ......so i made one i have never liked sealing up a foil pack and puting holes in it .....this worked really good for me
and i did not ever have any rub or any thing to make one so i use the god of the grill seasoned salt .........lawrys and it was good ........but i dont think there is any thing it is not good on but i did not use a lot becouse of the salt
yes i was very inpressed at the webber at how well it held its temp ....it did better then my smoker dose ....i dint tuch it at all after she got up and going ....that grill is the best grill we have ever had is is 14 years old lol
well i was thrown a curve ball this weekend i went to my cabin and when i got there i was told......hey can you smoke a 2 chickens this weekend and i said sure ......but then i thought my smoke is at my house and then my wheels start turning in my head ......and i see the webber gas grill...
wow ........how much meat did you have to smoke and look at that to come up with that ........did you think of that in the middle of the night ? lol .....i need to try that
ok what im going to do is i got my smoker going heating up and i got the rost in defrost and i am going to smoke the reost for 2-3 hours and then put in the crock pot and let it go ........should i run my smoker a little hotter ? 275 maby
