    No Boil Smoked Mac & Cheese

    About a half dozen regular people as the side dish, but I can eat 3 peoples' portions! It keeps pretty good in the 'fridge too. Thanks Gary. If you hate boiling pasta as much as me you should give it a try. Frees up some time to be tending to meat, other sides, etc. Let me know how it works...
