    Looks fantastic. I was not brave enough to do my first bird for T-Day and did not have enough time before hand for a trial run. I will do one some time this spring and see how it turns out. BTW, I use the same "identification technique" on my beers cans ... but I turn it the other way.

    I use regular ole Kingsford charcoal, but I do use the minion method with about a half a chimney to start with.
