I to have had the Soft wonder bread, peanut butter, grape jelly, ruffles potato chips and sliced kosher dill pickles and it is not a bad sammie, my wife thinks I'M nuts but to see her eat cottage cheese and peaches all in one bowl makes me do a heave.
I never thought of smoking -ends and pieces- , good idea Dave, I do remember when I couldn buy them $3.00 a box and now they are around $9.00 a box, smoking them seems good for salads and baked beans. Thanks for the idea.

I have a few pairs of the OV. Glove and to me they are perfect for handling meat but if you don't have a pan next to your smoker the juices can seep threw the fabric and you will feel it.
I smoked 121/2lbs of cheese about 3 mos. ago and do not plan on opening them until Thanksgiving and Christmas I hope the smokey taste will be perfect and not overpowering. I like the color of smoke on your cheese.

I came across a wood cutting board, I have no idea what wood it is but I cleaned it up with alittle bleach and cold water, what is the best way to treat it and how to make it last. Thanks for the ideas and suggestions Allen.
