Anyone have good luck with apples?
I just restored an old Aebleskiver and was thinking about apples for a center of the balls.
Then I was thinking of smoking the apples to make a sauce of sorts...
using apple chips...
Anyone else smoke apples?
One of our local restaurants made an offer on their Face Book page...
They would get a truckload of TP to the parking lot and it would sell until gone.
This was commercial grade.
We are set so did not take up the offer.
We are in a small town of around 45,000 (surrounding area).
This is a Supply problem. It stems from the fact that there are two toilet paper supply lines.
Commercial and Residential.
These are two types of paper and not made at the same mills. Most paper companies are either/or with their own supply lines and contracts.

Sliced med cheddar.
Apple pellets in smoke tube.

I love my 560 !
You won't regret it.

I have a 560 but my phone is not sending pictures to my laptop.

My lid to the chute was sticky for a little while but not any more.
Everything works well just as manufactured.
I covered the manifold with foil and it catches anything that drips. I covered the drip pan and the catch cup with foil as well.
I have done about 30 cooks and drys with my 560 and...
I have usually run across them camping and just use what we have.
