Since you already have the smokey Joe, you should check out the mini wsm forum. There are plenty of people that can answers any questions on making a smoker out of one. I have made one and used it for the first time yesterday with great success.
I took final I/T to 142*. Here is a pic with chunk missing so you can check it out. I will post sliced pics tomarrow after I am able to have the butcher slice it up for me. I might need to buy a slicer when it becomes an option. It took about 4:15 hrs. to get to this point :grilling_smilie...
