Do the beans just impart their flavor or do they also dissolve somewhat? Is straining necessary or just an option? Would you be willing to still do shots after it is done and ready or would this be too vanillaie?
I have the same smoker as you. Once you get the needle valve on, it will be a whole other world. I can keep mine at 100* I've done a bunch of snack sticks on mine and before the needle valve, the only way I was able to keep my temp low enough was to crack the door open to help the heat escape...
