    Got the sticks all finished up. I'm always trying to improve this recipe. This time I added some Baby Rays honey bbq sauce. I think that's why they got so dark in color. They look like crap, but taste great!

    Dehydrater trays almost all loaded up. They smell great. Should probably take between 5-6 hours at 155° to finish.

    Me and my son both were lucky this past deer season so we have plenty of meat in the freezer. These sticks I'm making are a mix of ground deer and turkey. Got everything mixed up tonight and in the frig till Sunday. They'll be made in the dehydrator.
