    200 gallon trailer rf build with drawn plans

    The 12" opening is more than enough for your FB. After adding it all up on the BBQ calculator, your FB is larger then recommended but its better to have too big then too small. Looks like it will turn out to be good. Good luck.

    Got the trailer painted black. Finished where the racks sit, cut hole for chimney and welded the top back on tank. Started the doors also.

    Looks good, How thick is your plate? I used 16 gauge so I didnt dare to weld from the fear of extreme warpage.

    My 100 gallon reverse flow build

    What I did for my drain is that it is located under my RF plate. My RF plate was a slight down slope so it should fall off the edge and into the hole. And if for some reason it gets past the hole, the opening from firebox and CC has a small wall.

    This project is not completely done so this will not be the only time I post pictures. Feel free to give advise of what I should do and what on. I may not be able to change/ add depending what it is.  Someone gave me a 275 gallon tank.   So i bought a cheap trailer to use that has a torsion...
