The results are very tasty. One pan is medium rare and one closer to medium well. Going to make some awesome roast beef sammiches, add some sliced onion and tiger sauce, ready to go.
First I picked up a little Horizon 16" Backyard smoker off of Craigslist, so I had to smoke something on it. Off to Bj's I went and got a 14 pound bottom round. This was also my first attempt at using charcoal briquettes. I am using apple chunks for smoke. Definitely like lump and tick burning...
