    Yup. Have a dehydrator function on my Ninja multi-fct oven. Did just get a Nesco dehydrator at a thrift store but haven’t tried yet.

    Yes, ergonomics can be solved. Not over a FP, but my TV is mounted high to clear my speakers, and bracket angled down a bit. My natural sight line in my recliner is the center of the TV, and my speakers tweeters are at ear height.

    I have a 1/2” from Harbor Freight and it has worked fine with Tapcon bits and screws into brick and mortar.

    Yeah, wish this had a pellet dump. Can shopvac hopper and run auger to force rest into the firepot and vac.

    That would be nice. A hex nut on the end of the shaft, so I could put on a socket and a breaker bar. It won’t budge with just vice grips.

    Smokin-It Digital vs WiFi digital

    I had an analog Smokin-It #3 … worked flawlessly. Only goes up to about 250-275*F anyway, so I never found the need to monitor the pit temp. Used a remote (ThemoWorks Signals is best I’ve used so far) to monitor the product.

    Yeah, if you find enough content you like the extra $ for ad-free is worth it. Also, Disney is consolidating the Hulu content under Disney+ starting next year, and Hulu goes away.
