Long time reader. I enjoy smoking and grilling anything from pork butt and beef to striped bass and blue fish (the ones that I catch aren't very big so they fit easily in the cookers). Looking to get new ideas and tips to get better. Thanks in advance for your help!
I keep a cover on it (the Weber cover has done a good job), the top vent 100% open to prevent mold during warmer weather, and the bottom vents closed. Rain water entering though these bottom vents was the only storage problem that I had.
