This looks SOOOoooooo good ! I just put mine in the smoker and will hopefully be done with it in 2 or 2 and a half hours.
I can't find macaroni style pasta out here so I just went with a different tube type pasta. I mixed in some half cooked bacon and some eggplant.
I used velvetta (SP?)...

Smoked Crab and Smoked Whisky BBQ baked beans
The crab was very good, it was steamed as usual and then chilled, after chilling I smoked it for an hour and a half at about 180-200 degrees. I had a noticeable smoke flavor which was great with butter!
