Made this several months ago out of a 30 lb propane tank. Its seasoned like a piece of cast iron and called the turd for obvious reasons. Sucker gets hot!

I use Android and the inkbird pro app only works on my newer wifi model. I still use the bbq go app for my older non wifi inkbird. I love both of mine and use them just about everyday.
Got into some liquor, among other things, and apparently built this. Little bastard will fry up a good chicken wing or two. Think I'm going to try a brisket tomorrow. Wish me luck👍👍
I did something similar on my weber kettle with my inkbird but haven't attempted it on the mini,,,,,, yet. Maybe someday when I finish up the several projects I have going in the garage.
Thanks Al. I followed your recipe for the seasonings and it worked out really well. I planned on freezing some for another day, but it didn't last very long. Those pastrami brats sound good!
