I agree about moving the equipment. When I finish the cooking area in my garage, I have a bench set up for the electric stuffer and grinder. Between uses I will keep them covered.
You might look for Hofmanns. They went national a few years ago. I'm pretty sure you can get Glaziers shipped. Edit: They do ship. Here is the link -

Loved fishing the cut. Can't do it now....
Used to be trees on both the lake side and harbor side. We caught huge smallmouths under the bridge, and tons of bullhead on the harbor side. Used to build a bonfire and fish until the sun came up. Trees all gone now, can't fish there anymore...
I have a 2 1/2 stall detached garage. 1 stall is reserved for firewood and my tractor.
The 2nd stall is used to store riding mower, snow blower, 4 wheeler, smokers etc.
That leaves 1/2 stall "empty".
I can't store a vehicle in my garage!

Been 2 weeks. Just did a side by side comparison between Kosher Dill and Polish Dill. They were both outstanding! Very crunchy this time. Wish I had made more!
Nice! What size did you get? I ordered the 16 x 9 cooking area model. Should be awesome for my purposes, but who knows? Maybe room for a larger one down the road!
If it is as sturdy and easy as advertised, I'm getting rid of my cast iron hibachi.
I have no doubt it will see lots of use if it functions as advertised! Can't wait for the first cook-maybe just some hotdogs to break it in.
