    I clean all the racks, drip pan, water tray, etc and the glass after every use the sooner the easier I find, I then leave the vent open for a day or so with the cover off to kind of air out.     Some of us po folk down in South Mississippi just use an old furniture dolly we have laying around from lets say like harbor freight, under $20 with quepons and such, YMMV.

    Not taken to be a slam in any fashion, I work in manufacturing and understand these things are massed produced in high volume in China so variances will normally occur, very pleased with mine in the 6mths I have owned it.
