This is probably overkill. But i have rolled my cc door sealing so that it matches the radius of the cc.

Iam sure that paint will be fine. I was looking for one thats in a tin rather then spraycan. Usaully it works out alot cheaper and you get alot more coverage and its also quicker to spray.i really dont think pot belly paint would be suited so iam glad you went for the one with a better rating.
What was the high temp paint you used? Iam trying to find something thats not potbelly paint. I want something with a higher temp rating that dosnt cost 1 million bucks. If it does i might see if i can get a price on the high temp powder coat
Hay bazza i found these castors at bunnings. They are a rip but i like how the hub has spokes like a mag wheel. It has a grease points and the bearings are heavy duty. But they are $50 each

Also welded the fb to the cc. I thaught it needed a gusset to help suport the weight. And no i didnt weld it the wrong way up... the smoker is upside down .i have been turning it to make it easy to weld
