Welcome to the forum Joe.
Good advise above for sure. I reserve the gas grill for grilling and roasting for the most part. But, I have played around with the smoker box, pellet tube and foil packs. They all work to some degree with the pellet tube being the best option. Just don't expect...
I'm five years in, retired at sixty in 2020 with 40 years at the gas company. I told my wife that I would work for charity but I would never work for a wage again. When I'm not Cowboy Action Shooting, I'm pittling around the yard and fixing things around the house. Same with our church. They...
Red, those wings look great!
I just love posts with the protein on the grill or smoker or whatever method they are using. To me, that is as important as the plate shot. Especially if its a cooker I not familiar with. You did well my friend and congrats on the spin around the carousel.

Pulled pork is an easy way to feed a crowd. How many are we talking about, Justin? And yes, just do what you do. Your a great cook from what I've seen.
I've been using Folgers Classic Roast and making it with an AeroPress. Previously I was drinking victor Allen K-cups. The wife and daughter still use the Keurig for their ice coffee. Making a stronger cup of coffee with the AeroPress was a huge improvement in flavor, to my taste buds anyway...
