We normally get our refund really fast when we file electronically but it’s been well over a month now and the stimulus that most of my coworkers have received is still nowhere to be found for us. We are just standing by for both of those.

Ha, I was wondering why they decided to post that as the picture on there. I have seen it in action on a couple of YouTube videos and it seems to be a pretty solid design. There is a bit of a balance thing that you have to work with when loading it up but overall seems really well made.

Oops I got dyslexia with the numbers there. Well then it's not nearly as expensive as I thought for the Rec Tec. I suppose it depends on the availability of accessories for this Rec Tec. If you can use some of the same principle accessories it may be a close choice for cost. My own experience...
I would lean towards a weber kettle. Of course I have one but my thinking is this. The only moving parts would be with your rotisserie.

My last corned beef I made in the Instant Pot. Cooked for 90 minutes in a mix of Guinness and beef broth. No soaking and it was perfect. I definitely recommend giving it a go if you have an Instant Pot and are not planning on smoking. Super convenient and delicious to boot.
