Not officially. I own it, but am still at my apartment for now. I could've broken the lease and owed 2 months rent in penalties, or stay and pay 1 month of rent. So I chose the latter, and am using that time to renovate the condo. Smoker is being shipped straight to the condo, though.

That's the most likely reason for one of them. I've seen homeless addicts walk out with merchandise many times, and the employees aren't allowed to stop them.

Nothing too unusual in the Seattle area. It's been fairly dry with temps mostly in the 60's & 70's. Had a week where it almost hit 90°, but last Friday in Everett it was 65°, raining, and humidity was still 86%. Weird.
