    I had several food saver sealers over the years and they eventually died. I went ahead and got a 16" professional sealer from Waltons. 5 years now and it does larger size bags and rolls. I should have bought it first, but if you are on a budget the Food Saver is a good unit for occasional use. HT

    I use Mortons tender quick on bacon, see the step by step posted in recipes. Also try POPS Brine recipe...it is a no fail brine and it works great. HT

    what a nice step-by step on the brisket. You make it straight up uncomplicated. Only thing I do different is wrap in red unwaxed butcher paper, all comes out the same either way. Nice Tutorial ! and good looking beef....it's what for dinner. HT

    go for the vacuum tumbler. I have one and I love it. Especially for jerky. Or you could just ask them for a $500 mastercard gift card you can use anywhere.
