    Salt potatoes were created in NY, Syracuse. Not far from me. I've eaten a metric ton of them over the years. And I never heard of using a IP for them. Brilliant idea!!!! No splattered salt from the boiling water. I'm doing this ASAP! And the corned beef? Looks amazing! And I'm doing that cabbage...

    It has been reliable so far. Had a few recalls though. Bought it new in 21. Has almost 42000 miles on it. 32mpg is nice too.

    Yancey's Fancy. Or River Rat are my go to for curds. Buffalo, cheddar, ranch. Cold smoked really kicks up the flavor too.
