I cold smoke salmon regularly - at least for me it is regularly. Curing/smocking 4-6 filets at once about three times a year. Sometimes do it for my friends who ask me about it.... Trying to avoid smoking in summer season, especially when it's hot.... I am trying not exceeding 86F while smoking....
Nice choice, Rick! Personally, I like this two-platform scale a lot. I use smaller platform for more precise measurements when I weight spices for my sausages.... Very, very useful. I have three scales (including this one) and use each of them for different purposes.

I am assuming you are talking about my "inquiry".... If so, I appreciate that. I am going to visit my local HD to check.... I was checking my HD for SS grates occasionally but never was able to find them.... Once again, I am talking about "portable" version of Char Griller....
Brian, that steak looks fantastic! Big like. BTW, I too have Char Griller but it's portable. I was searching and searching the net to find SS grates but with now success.... Only CI... Any chance you could point me to the right direction?
