    I have the MB800 other than it being a charcoal "hog" it works great and holds temp very well.

    I do the same with my MB800, either a bunch of chunks or smaller splits in the hopper. No complaints from anyone for lack of smoke flavor in my cooks.

    Last day in Islamorada in the FL keys, landed on a bunch of schoolie Mahi Mahi. Had a local joint grill some and blacken some. Wife and I...yeah I am blurry, wind against tide made it a rough and wet trip. Still had fun.

    tough and expensive to rip out an inground pool. Funny when we were looking for a house in 1997 we did not want a pool. 80 houses later we found this one with the pool....the 2 brick patios around it since is $40K gone...lol

    Yeah Brian it took me 3 calls to GE to get the bypass plug. pulled that sticker off and placed on the back wall behind the filter and I can use the non rfid filters now, Have him get the free bypass plug from GE, that is what is meant for, when using an external water treatment system.
