My 22 is over 40yo and it's the only cooker I don't cover. There is zero rust or chipping of the porcelain. Maybe they don't make 'em like they used to???
I'll nominate a couple:
1. The Pepper Plant Original (California Style) Hot Pepper Sauce isn't incredibly hot; it just has a very nice flavor. (They make one out of haban~eros instead of jalapen~os if this one's too mild for you.) Excellent on eggs or hash browns.
2. Walmart's Great Value...
I used to prefer Lone Star Grill on the south side of town but quality there has been slipping. BT never lets me down. (Funny how the locals prefer Salt Grass and some of the chains on the west--rich--side of town.) Burgers are great too. Everything's a buck or two off before 4:30pm or so on...
It looks homemade, a labor of love. if the thing is about 100# or more, I'd guess a value of $50-$100 in populated areas. Are you in the US? Probably worth less elsewhere.

Advice is >1 yr late, but you can never have too much lighting or electrical outlets. Also, budget more counter space than you think to a sink, and avoid any sink with a divider to it. (Having the disposal outlet off-center can be nice however.)

Adding croutons to coleslaw can be nice too. But croutons will get soggy if stored...gotta' only add them when served. Peanuts can endure...great idea.

I've mounted 2 LED floodlights in my cook area. They're intended for permanent architectural lighting so are rugged and seem electrically (120vac) safe. But the larger headlamps with 3 18650's keep getting better I use those a lot.
Yes, don't forget the paper towels. And 15" of chain to keep the wind from blowing them away. (I've mounted a horizontal bar underneath to hold the roll)

I recommend chicken thighs. You can make just a few at a time. They cook fairly fast and are awfully cheap so if you ruin a batch you're not out much. Plus BBQ sauce can save the day if they get too dry or the Missus thinks you made them too smokey.
I leave out pretzels but add Cheez-Its. And oat Cheerios are a good cereal addition too. (My corn:rice:wheat:oat ratio is 3:2:2:2. I've made it with mixed nuts (minus peanuts) for those with peanut sensitivities but usually use just Costco peanuts...and they get extra time in the sauce!
