Smoked Mac and Cheese....it is the only way to have it...at least in my opinion from the first time i tried it. smoked BBQ beans are a winner as well.

If your going to be in Battle Ground it is only 20-30 minutes down to Portland (in fact heading to BG in a few minutes) and there is a place up in Longview (20-30 minutes north) that Carry's about 30 different smokers

i have the 11lb Weston that is very similar to Vivo right down to the silicone ring and cast plunger. i have use it on miles of sticks with out any issues, we just turn the handle a little slower than with the bigger sausage. Just my two cents

this does not help much but i am sorry for your issue.....it is bad enough to loose all that cheese but then to have the mess to clean up, we all have had some epic disaster or 2 along the way if not your just not running enough smoke so it prompted me to share this little oops...
I use Apple Cider Vinegar. just spray it on let it sit a minute or two if it is heavy (might require multiple applications) and if just lite/normal it will wipe right off. spraying it on and wiping is how i clean the window..no fumes or any residue to be concerned with for future Smokes.
