    What bothers me is you can't buy a handgun in another state the NCIS background is national so why not. I can get to a Rural King in under 1/2 hour but it's in GA the nearest one in FL is about 3 hours

    FL requires the FFL form then a call in background check then a waiting period on handguns unless you have a ccw then there is no wait. Used to be those of us with a ccw didn't have to go through the call in background check but they changed it
