    Brisket question

     Well.......( again )  Shocked and happy !   Christmas day I let the Brisket ( the large one) warm to room temp, putt it wrapped in foil into a foil pan added water ( about 1 .5 inches )   stove on 250 until I got it to 140 IT  Unwrapped it ....and sliced ....MAN ! nice smoke ring great bark...
