    Thanks for the comment Bill . That's the ratio I use when I do just sausage and peppers . Kept that the same , but added the red sauce .

    I think it does . Well , I'll throw my view point in . Not your first time , you know what you're doing . You're using a quality seasoning mix . My thoughts are either the pork itself , or the one difference from past batches , is the new stuffer . Just something to consider I think .
