I own the same model and mine is roughly 5 years old. They are absolutely terrible in the winter for temperature control. Just joining to make it official. Been a lurker for over a year. I live in "God's Country"...Northern Idaho. I use a pellet pooper for my smoking addiction. Someday would like to own a stick burner. Thanks for the awesome site!- boostedsled
