    I went to lowes to get a shaker box...didnt have it.  so i scrounged up the expanded metal in my barn, trimmed it with a cutoff wheel, and attached it together with baling wire.  Its as tight as if I would have welded it. Oh, and no, I dont use kingsford charcoal...just got those for airtight...

    Well the 700 was in my smoker box, it was actually about 350 in the cooking box. I was actually going for 700 in the cooking box to try and imitate brick oven pizza. But it didn work that way and turned out better I would think. As for the pizza stone, it's just one of my wires from pampered...

    dude I am game whenever! i would love to do this all day everyday!!! I just got done smoking pizza for dinner...omg the best homemade pizza Ive ever had! better than most pizza joints too!
