Did you read the Sevin label/instructions??
The wife (who has a horticulture degree) sez use sevin .and give it some time..
Dont harvest any veggies that have been sevined for at least one week..

The tag on mine reads bottom round rump roast.....

The bottom rounds I got looked somewhat different than yours...
They had a fatcap that I cut completely off..
I thought it looked like a small sirloin tip roast...
I sliced them paper thin and they mouth melty tender..

I have three of Todds amazen smoke generators and they are Great!!!
He also is a great guy to deal with..
Some folks have made el cheapo smoke generators with soldering irons and soup cans...

I just did a couple bottom rounds and they turned out fantastic..
I let them rest in the fridge and then cut them in half..
Then into the freezer til they got pretty stiff..
Makes slicing much easier and no juice running everywhere..
Makes cleanup a lot easier too..

Had to put some sevin on the peppers..
The bugs like the peppers and the brugmansias so far..
Acorn squash...
Mini watermelons...
Beans.already eating them..mmmmmm
Closest row Mini or lunch box bells..
Then japs last row is habs..
