    Awsome idea and build!!! you moght want to figure out how to add a piece of the concrete board above the charcoal box, leaving about 1 inch open around the edges as an indirect heat diffuser,and set your waterpan on top of that ,to avoid the direct heat into your cooking chamber, ant to even out...
