Try this variation. To the flour add a half cup of cinnamon and knead as you would normally. The add 2 cups of raisin that you have soaked in warm water and just fold them in. Continue with the rest of the directions as normal for proofing, dividing and shaping. You will have a great Cinnamon...- patsfan11762
