Can anyone advise on approximatly how often to mop the chicken? Last time I smoked then I did this every hour and the skin was somewhat rubbery like a rotisserie chicken would be.
Thanks!
This forum is amazing! Thanks again and I appreciate it!
Is there a search feature on this site that I'm missing? I attempted to look for something like this but there are just so many forums.
I've been looking into a coal basket for this model and I was wondering if anyone has one and if so what are the demnsions? I haven't had much luck finding a place to make one and I'm not handy with metal so I decided to explore on-line. I found a couple made by Horizon but I'm not sure which...
That sounds incredible, thanks!!
Does the spritz take the place of the mopping? Also, with the brining is that all cold water? I have read some that say you should boil half the water.
Thanks again!

As far as mods go I've only extended...

I'm not the most handy person when it comes to electronics. Is there anything in these instrusctions, or not in the instructions I should be aware of before I get started?
Thanks again!
Sorry if this is something that's been posted many times but I couldn't find anything that was what I needed in other threads.
I'm new to the board and to smoking and I had a couple questions I was wondering if some could help with.
Right now I'm using the Brinkman Smoke 'N Pit with the side...
