I haven'y tried the others but have used LEM many times. I think its a good taste and all that have tried it so far like it. I will be trying others soon, but in small batches. I have heard Leggs is really good. Either way, good luck!
g dog great video/comparison. I currently have the Lem 10 dual gear stuffer and love it but my helper is only 6 :) and the wifes too short. Looking forward to not have to rely on asking someone for help. Wish they weren't back ordered till April.

These turned out great again. This is by far my go to flavor for snack sticks so far.
These are not hot to me at all. My coworker though they were but as my 5 year old loves them I assume they are not hot. :) I read somewhere about a Sriracha recipe that had some tang to it. Will see if I can find it.
