Make sure its not galvanized flashing. Something about the heat makes it give off zinc smoke and can make one sick. So ive heard. I held the flashing together with a few pop rivits. Saw pics on a website somewhere. Cant remember where. -

Dang. Some serious building going on. All I did was use a roll of 10in. wide aluminum flashing to make a barrel for my Jumbo Joe. Havent used it yet. I'll try and get some pics on here as soon as I do. -
how to use a n maze?
Cool. I bought a couple 6in pellet tubes to use on the road with my Weber Jumbo Joe. Figured they might save a little room then lugging around bags or piles of smoking chunks. Havent picked them up yet. Need to get my mail as soon as I can get by the house. WAiting for dispatch to get me a load...- boboso

I was wondering similar things. I purchased a couple of them, the amazen smoke tubes and was wondering if anybody had any experience with them? Good, bad or otherwise? Good for cold smoke, hot smoke, or both? Thanks.- boboso

Cornish Game Hens
Just wondering if anybody has any tips or ideas for smoking game hens. Brine em? Rub em? I will be using an ECB to do these. I got 8 of them. I figure 4 on top rack 4 on bottom. Any thing y'all might have will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.- boboso
