I personally would have not gone with propane but I didn't buy this. It was in a storage unit I'm helping a friend clean out. Its brand new and I thought I would give a go. Just joined. Was given a Great Outdoors propane smoker. Love smoked food just never really did any myself so I'm kind of a newbie. It's a large smoker for me.
