    Thanks guys...Greetings from sunny So-Cal. I'll be sure to post some pics of my pork tenderloins tomorrow. From what I've seen so far on this type of meat is a pretty short cook time, about 3 hours. Any tips from anyone? I'm using a standard homemade rub and trying a habanero coca cola bbq sauce.
