The barbecue I'd the smoker temp, comes with a mount that clips on to one of the smoker trays, they also make (sold Separate) a Hybrid probe, can be used for both
I tried that, it seemed when I hung it , the moisture flowed to the bottom end of the hanging meat ant the top was overdone...
Is there a way to prevent this from happening
