    Thanks for the tips, guys! I ordered a step drill bit. If that doesn't work, I'll do the mailbox mod. Easier to start with the option that requires smaller holes I think.

    I can't find any thread on the forum of anyone with the same smoker as I have.  It's model 20070612.  The only hole it has is a tiny dime-sized one on the back.  This prevents any airflow, causing my AMNPS to never stay lit.  Anybody have any ideas on what I can do?  I basically have a meat...
