If I come across a brisket kit and the price isn't too obnoxious, I think I will try it. Just not cook it per package instructions. Sounds like a fun experiment to me.

If I still had my Classic II and it needed a partner, I would go Big Joe for sure. Especially if it was going to be built in and not moved around. I sold the Classic because the Kettle and WSM were getting all the love. And I needed the room. I did enjoy cooking on it though.
New coffee grinder arrived today.
It's a 1Zpresso J model. The burr set is for grinds larger than espresso.
This grinder is so much better than my old OXO hand grinder.
Okie, correct me if I'm wrong. You are mounting this TV outdoors and not over a fireplace mantel. Just to the exterior brick.
