I did look at ACE. We have one close to home and I buy my B&B briquettes and Kosmos rubs there free ship to store. They only carry tiny bags of wood chunks there.
Just got off the phone with ThermoPro and was told there was no fixing to my unit. They said I will receive a new replacement within 5 days @ no charge. I consider that good customer service. The RFX is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I have low expectations for both.
It appears Chigger Creek doesn't sell online. Or at least I couldn't get their website to open. Looks like Amazon for me. The shipping costs seem to be the deal breaker.
For years I have bought cherry wood chunks from Fruita Wood. I received an email today that the owner was retiring and the business was closing down. Looking for another good source for wood chunks.

I really like this thermometer. Bought the first one from Amazon in October of 2024 and after one month it died. Push the power button on and nothing happened. Amazon replaced it with a new one hassle free. Now, less than three months later I was planning to use it for a smoke tomorrow. Tried to...
They always bought us Dell's for work and I bought Dell's for home also. One year they bought us HP computers. Once I used a HP I will never go back to Dell. I have bought two HP laptops and still have both. This one is the last one I purchased...
Chicken wings are, and will always be a quick and easy smoke for us. No brine. Dust with Kosmos Dirty Bird. Into the smoker for an hour at 350 with cherry wood flipping halfway through. Wife eats these un-sauced like candy. I don't sauce either but do like to dip them in Ranch dressing.
