Does anyone have one of these STOK grills? Looked at one a couple weeks ago they seem solid. They have replaceable grill insert like u can get for the Weber.
I have a Tri-tip on the Weber some ribeyes to go on when that's almost done. Some shrimp will be going on after that. I made some "Bang Bang" sauce to try on them. Sweet Corn to round it out.
I bought a 5 liter Smokehouse Chef vertical stuffer back in February or March. I have used it a few times now and I am having meat making it over the seal in the plunger. The seal is NOT an o-ring. This seal is open on one side and facing up. Should I get an o-ring for a seal?
Anyone ever use this company's products before. Was wondering how it is on chicken and such. The Alco store nearby has it for $1 might try it for that price.
