    @jcam222 where are they starting it at? Just curious, never know where I'm traveling. As far as @Central PA Cowboy goes dang that looks great. I'll take about a dozen of them, wife could probably do half that. Love a good pizza. Thin crust NY to Chicago stuffed, I love them all.

    Outlaw looks pretty cool to me, that being said I'm not buying it. I figure buy what strikes you. You know what you want to cook and what you cook. Both seem like great rigs.

    Not sure about the Bluetooth version but I have the wifi inkbird. No problems sitting 10 get away from the base just inside the garage. I prefer wifi as I'm the only person in the house that drives so if I'm out I can still see the temp.

    Sous vide is s great way to hear it back up to. Need a good vacuum sealer though. Letting it thaw in the fridge and onto a flat top works well if you have one too.

    Sandwich or melt, same thing to me. Texas toast with roast beef and turkey. Every cheese i can get my hands on. On the blackstone melted and messy. Haven't done one in a while (wonder why), but so good.

    Just got word today I'm NOT working Sunday now. I'm used to working for the boss (my cousin) so he can hang out with his daughter. She is of age now where she's too good for somethings (aka teenager) so he's giving me the day off. No clue what I'll do.

    I go back and forth between them usually with what I find on sale. Both work well and do what I need them to do.
