    Looks great Brian. I've been using that extended Amazen tube a few years as well on long cooks. Works great and gives a lot of flexibility depending on the Smoke.

    Sounds interesting. The article said they add more Limestone? To adjust the burn time and temp? I use the regular Kingsford sometimes, it burns a little slower than some other brands. I tried the Hickory flavored once and didn't notice any flavor difference.

    Mine had the Beef Tenderloin on sale $9.99/lb great deal. It didn't give me the $5.97/lb on the NY Strips though, no big deal though.
