Here goes. This is my first try with ABT's. Used a mix of Cheddar and Cream Cheese and wrapped them in bacon. Going on the small smoker (Webber) in a few.
Thighs really are my favorite part of the chicken. I did it the lazy way this time.... Bought boneless / skinless thighs from Sams Club for cheap. Marinated them in Italian salad dressing and soy sauce, mixed in with pepper, salt and garlic (overnight). Rolled them in bacon and smoked them...
I'm in Trinity (Pasco County). The wind was a bitch, but I had nothing better to do.

Here's the left overs... I think I cooked too much. It makes good lunches though!!!
