Hello! I'm in the midwest. Just purchased the Masterbuilt portable at Walmart clearance tagged at $21.00! Now ....I need to learn how to smoke meat!! I've never done it in my life. Just love to eat the results. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you, Boxersrule.- boxersrule
