As far as utensils go, as stated before, two long spatulas and a good scraper are must have items. For cleaning, I use the cheapo white terry towels from home depot or wherever.. After cooking I bring her up to a boil, scrape all the grease, food stuffs, and crud into the trap. Then squirt some...
Beat me to it. I built one of these to make my shop table mobile. I can lower my kayak from the ceiling and wheel it over to the truck. Great idea for lifting a griddle and keeping it mobile. You could add 2" ABS caps to set the legs or original wheels in also.

I found the best way to level, grade, slope or whatever you want to call it is to not mess around with the entire unit but to just shim the griddle itself with some flat washers. This works extremely well on a sloped patio and can be adjusted for garage use as well.

I open the garage door all the way or at least half up to let the funk out. My little fan blows out when I need it and fresh air trickles in.
Any four rednecks with a case or two of PBR can finish concrete. The hard part is finding one with the tamp, float, fresno, poles and trowels and keeping them all sober enough to wait for it to set correctly. :emoji_laughing:
You'll learn to love it.. I got mine a little over two years ago I have used it for everything.. almost.
Heck I even made gumbo on it.
I got the one without the lid and bought the aftermarket cover that works quite well. My next accessories were an old beer crate I had laying around and a garage...

I have switched.. Now I only use short grain Carolina gold or arborio rice for my dishes. It suits me fine because I like my rice risotto style. Even my new found jambalaya creation is done like risotto and it comes out great!
Another think to consider is making a loop in that drain hose...
